SB 98                                                                                             
The Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference                                     
considering HCS CSSB 98(FIN) am H and CSSB 98(FIN) am                                               
recommends the following be adopted:                                                                
                                                                                                    
    CONFERENCE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 98                                                            
    "An Act making supplemental appropriations, capital                                             
    appropriations, and other appropriations; amending                                              
    appropriations; making appropriations to capitalize funds; making                               
    appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State                             
    of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and                                     
    providing for an effective date."                                                               
                                                                                                    
The report was signed by Representatives Chenault (Chair), Meyer,                                   
Croft; and Senators Wilken (Chair), Green, Hoffman.                                                 
                                                                                                    
The report was received in the Chief Clerk's Office at 12:50 p.m.,                                  
March 22, 2005, and distributed to all members.                                                     
                                                                                                    
Representative Coghill moved that the House adopt the Conference                                    
Committee report, thus adopting CCS SB 98.                                                          
                                                                                                    
Representative Rokeberg placed a call of the House.                                                 
                                                                                                    
The call was satisfied.                                                                             
                                                                                                    
The question being:  "Shall the House adopt the Conference                                          
Committee report?"  The roll was taken with the following result:

And so, the House adopted the Conference Committee report, thus                                     
adopting CCS SB 98.                                                                                 
                                                                                                    
Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the                             
effective date clauses.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                               
                                                                                                    
Representative Coghill moved that the appropriation in Section 17                                   
from the constitutional budget reserve fund (Article IX, Section 17(c),                             
Constitution of the State of Alaska) be adopted.                                                    
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall the House adopt the appropriation in                                     
Section 17 from the constitutional budget reserve fund (Article IX,                                 
Section 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska)?" The roll was
